This company is the result
of the futuristic vision of my sister Rodelinda, who since she was very
young saw the economic and tourism potential of this region, she bought some
lands back then and later she built several homes, hotels, apartments and
condominiums buildings.
It was the year of 1958 when she and her husband built the first good
restaurant with quality service and excellent food and beverages on Los
Muertos beach, this place is called La palapa, and today it is considered as
one of the best local restaurants with an International gourmet food,
serving dinner on the beach makes of La palapa one of the favorite places of
locals and foreigners that visit Puerto Vallarta.
Rode, as her family and friends used to called her, studied a course to
learn how to sell Real Estate in México city, she used to travel every
weekend to attend classes for 6 months and finally on July 22nd. Of 1982 she
received her Diploma and graduated as a Licensed Real Estate Broker. She
found the first Association of Professionals in Real Estate chapter Puerto
Vallarta in 1988 and up to date we are still active members and an
affiliated agency to AMPI.
In 1985 she began the construction of Villas Loma Linda, a tourist resort
with 26 villas all with ocean views; these were sold under the concept of
Time Share.
In 1987 she built in 10 months Condominiums La palapa, these condos were
sold as Full ownership in a time record mainly due to the trust that buyers
had, the marketing and sales strategy are a great example to follow. This
building consists of 47 units; most of them are 2 bedrooms 2 bath.
In 1989 Villas Vista del sol were built, located on the beach of Olas Altas,
with 106 suites, most of them are also 2 bedrooms 2 baths. This building was
sold also very fast and up to date the main offices of Mi Buena Estrella are
located within this building where we continue helping all the owners and
other people interested in investing in the area of Banderas Bay and Puerto
Vallarta.
In 2001 she built 8 two bedrooms two baths condos on Pilitas Street,
located in the area of the Zona Romantica and only a block and a half to Los
Muertos beach, this building is a great option for those seeking for a
quality condo at great prices. All kind of services are nearby.
She also bought a building that remodeled and turn into a very nice 50 room
hotel, this is Posada Don Miguel, located on Avenida Insurgentes it is a
nice place for the traveler looking for budget accommodations.
During all these years that we have been in Real Estate and as members of
the Multiple listing, we have participated in the sales and promotion of
many developments, homes and condos besides our own inventory; it is with

Esta empresa es el resultado
de la visión futurista de mi hermana Rodelinda, quien desde muy joven vio el
potencial turístico y económico de esta región, adquiriendo algunos terrenos
para luego construir casas, hoteles, apartamentos y edificios de
condominios.
Corría el año de 1958 cuando ella y su esposo construyeron el primer
restaurante con servicio de alimentos y bebidas en la playa de los muertos,
este negocio se llama La palapa y hoy esta considerado uno de los mejores
lugares de la gastronomía local con una cocina Internacional, ubicado a la
orilla del mar, y con servicio de cena en la playa es sin duda uno de los
favoritos de todo el turismo que nos visita y también de la gente local.
Rode, como solía llamarle su familia y amigos estudió un Diplomado en ventas
inmobiliarias en la ciudad de México y el 22 de julio de 1982 recibió su
diploma que la acredita como tal. Fundó la Asociación de profesionales
Inmobiliarios capitulo Puerto Vallarta en 1988 y hasta la fecha seguimos
como socios y Agencia afiliada.
En 1985 inició la construcción de Villas Loma linda, complejo turístico que
consta de 26 suites las cuales fueron vendidas bajo el concepto de Tiempo
compartido.
En 1987 construyo en tiempo record los Condominios La palapa los cuales se
vendieron de tiempo completo y hasta hoy son un ejemplo de estrategia de
mercadeo. Este edificio consta de 47 unidades la mayoría de 2 recamaras.
En 1989 construyó el edificio Villas Vista del Sol ubicado en la playa Olas
Altas, con 106 suites, la gran mayoría de dos recamaras, también se
vendieron con éxito y hasta la fecha las oficinas principales de la
Inmobiliaria Mi Buena Estrella se localizan dentro de este edificio.
En el 2001 se construyeron 8 condominios de dos recamaras en la zona
romántica y a solo dos cuadras de la playa, estos condominios se llaman
Pilitas en honor a la calle donde se localizan.
También se adquirió un edificio que se remodelo para convertirlo en el hotel
Posada Don Miguel y que hoy representa una excelente opción para el viajero
que busca comodidad a buenos precios.
Durante el tiempo que llevamos participando en la actividad inmobiliaria y
como parte del Multilist hemos ayudado en la promoción y venta de varios
desarrollos, casas y condominios aparte de los nuestros, es así como al paso
de los años tenemos una cartera de clientes satisfechos ya que continuamos
brindando un servicio de asesoria post-venta y vemos en cada prospecto una
